This is 'Lennon' my little hippy penguin (named after the great John Lennon).

And I wanted this design to put across two of my favourite John Lennon quotes:

"All you need is love."
&
"Give peace a chance."

Happy Surfday dude

Ps. I've called my surfer dude 'Masa' in memory of my Japanese surf buddy, may he rest in peace.

I thought I'd do a design using my cool little surfer dude penguin 'Masa', who features in my 'Happy Surfday' card.

And I wanted to keep it real surfy so I've added into the design loads of cool 'surf spots' from around the world… Some are my favourite places to surf and the others are where I dream to go one day.

Plus, the surfboard design is almost an exact replica of the best surfboard I ever owned… which some 'cheeky monkey' (being polite) stole from my apartment when I was surfing over in Australia.

I love New York

I thought this design would be a lot of fun to do…and maybe a little cheeky :o)

My one visit to NY was when my father (living in the UK) took my mother there for her 50th birthday. And I (travelling around California at the time) flew over there to surprise her :o)… What a trip, definitely one I’ll never forget… and what an awesome place.

Everybody loves a hug, so I thought this would be great as a t-shirt design...it also looks great on a mug, perfect for when you want a hot cup of tea to warm you up ;o)

But my main reason for designing it is because my girlfriend’s pregnant at the mo and I wanted to design a Maternity T-Shirt especially for her & the little one :o)

This little design is the essence of icedudes.com – It’s taken from the first ecard I ever made “on my mind”, where the little octopus drops on the penguin’s head & he just can’t shake her off his mind.
